Allergic: We use a cotton pad wet to almost dripping, cover with plastic and secure overnight with a bandage or sock. In the morning, body heat has dried the pad and usually the thorn will have been drawn out. Even 15 rose thorns in one night after a young bike rider careered into a rose bush. For filthy tropical wounds they clean up beautifully overnight.
