In reply to <a href="https://thenerdyfarmwife.com/why-i-take-pqq-daily/#comment-97331">Kay</a>.

Hi Kay! I'm not certain about taking PQQ with those meds, but would double check with their healthcare provider or pharmacist to be safe.
I also highly recommend reading about the Bredesen Protocol which also utilizes PQQ.
I really didn't notice any difference taking the Super Ubiquinol CoQ10, so didn't order a new bottle. Most days I take a single 10 mg PQQ in the morning with my multivitamin and only occasionally take a second one at lunch, if I really need to focus on something. 10 mg/day still seems to be my sweet spot! :)

Hi Jan, thank you for taking the time to write this article. I have several relatives with memory issues. One is already taking Alzheimer’s medicine. To the best of your knowledge, do you know if taking PQQ is safe, if already taking the Alzheimer’s meds?

Also, just wondering if you had an update for us on how effective you feel adding the Super Ubiquinol CoQ10 100 mg/day is? Are you still taking PQQ 20mg/d or do you feel 10mg was sufficient?
Thank you!
