Hi Anna! You could definitely try some lemon balm, though plantain leaves could be an excellent choice to combine with violet. Or you could just make a plain violet leaf salve & see how you like it. It’s one of my favorites all by itself. :)

Planning to make a violet salve for a friend with bad eczema/itching/red skin on his hands. I don’t have calendula flowering yet but would mixing lemon balm oil with the violet be beneficial?
