Hi Jeff! All soapmaking oils and lye should be weighed with a scale. In this case, you’re using ounces by weight (1 ounce = 28 grams)

Since you used ounces, I am presuming that the oils are all measured in fluid ounces and the lye is measured in weight, as in 3/16 of one pound.
