Hi Robin! Yes, wild roses would be lovely in this recipe! You could also use them in other rose recipes as well – they will make a wonderful addition. :)

They would not be the bright colors, our are white but they do have a strong rose smell, they are very small but we have them everywhere, (so free). Can I use them in other things that use roses?
